The Pitch & Putt is an innovative variation, without losing the emotion and difficulty of the golf.

It´s played the same as in the golf, in a field of grass of 18 holes with bunkers and obstacles of water, but of even 54. The difference is in the distance of the holes, between 40 and 120 meters.

The CLUB ESPORTIU VILANOVA I LA GELTRÚ was founded in the year 1999 due to the fusión de different entities of the city: Club Basketball Vilanova, Society of Handball Vilanova, Club Basketball Providence and the Athletics Club of Vilanova.
Later on, were formed the sections of Volleyball, Korfball and Archery.

The Basketball, Handball, Volleyball and Korfball teams dispute their match in the Polideportivo of the Garraf Pavilion, while the section of Athletics and Archery, carries out their activities in the located athletics stadium very near the Pavilion.

The Esportiu has for this season, diverses basketball teams, handball teams, volleyball teams, korball teams and an athletics group and also, an Archery group.

Been founded in the year 1951. At the moment it militates in the fifth group of the 3ª Division of the Spanish football.
To the beginning of the season 2003-2004 the new municipal complex of the town was inaugurated where the C.F Vilanova disputes yours match. The game land is of artificial grass that substitutes to the old earth field that there was in another point of the town.
